Some of the world's leading experts on the retina will gather in Abu Dhabi in December for a unique masterclass for retinal surgeons from across the region, from the public and private sectors.

More than 50 eye care specialists are expected to attend the two-day event, which will be held at the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) in Abu Dhabi, on 10th - 11th December 2009. The Moorfields Retinal Masterclass is an accredited CME (Continuing Medical Education) event. The Retinal Masterclass will be led by three visiting experts from Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, and the Medical Director from Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai, which is organising the event in conjunction with part-sponsor, Novartis.
